Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will identify business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships with new and existing clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings, attending industry events, and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in client relationship management, sales strategy, and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills necessary for contract discussions and client meetings.
  • Experience in conducting market research, data analysis, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of software development, blockchain technology, crypto applications, or MLM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive strategies and solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and client satisfaction targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new growth areas and building partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
