Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Business Development Manager. The main responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, create proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving organizational goals and growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Negotiation
  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, and High-Impact Presentation skills
  • Strong Networking and Communication abilities, with a focus on proactive and strategic outreach
  • Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Insight Development capabilities
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Prior experience in CRM software or the technology sector is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
