Position: Business Development Manager – Freight Sales

JOB SCOPE
· Develop new business opportunities for Air & Sea Freight.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Provide competitive freight rates and close deals.
· Achieve sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
· Generate and share weekly sales reports with management.
· Ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding (Air/Sea).
· Strong background in sales, client handling, and rate negotiation.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools.
· Ability to bring business to the company
· Target-driven, confident, and willing to travel.
· Bachelors in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / International Trade preferred
