Job Title: Business Development Manager – B2B Tech Marketing Services

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience: 3–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities for our B2B Technology Marketing Services vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling marketing solutions to SaaS, CRM, HR Tech, MarTech, and other technology-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the B2B Technology sector.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and marketing objectives.
  • Present tailored marketing solutions and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and operations teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
  • Stay informed about technology industry trends and competitive market developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience selling marketing services, demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, or related solutions.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to SaaS, CRM, HR Tech, MarTech, IT Services, or Technology clients.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, target-driven sales environment.
