Location: Mumbai

Department: Sales / Business Development

Experience: 3–8 years (preferred in Cloud, IT Infra or security solutions)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales of physical and/or cybersecurity solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering security solutions that meet customer needs. The role requires strong technical understanding of security products along with consultative sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security solutions market.

• Promote and sell products such as , cybersecurity solutions, and Cloud, IT Infra related services.

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and security solution consultations.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

• Work closely with technical teams to design customized security solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.

• Stay updated with the latest security technologies, threats, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business solutions.

• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with security OEMs, system integrators, or cybersecurity vendors Cloud, IT Infra vendors.

• Certifications related to technologies (e.g., security systems, network security).

• Established network in corporate, government, or enterprise clients.

• Revenue and sales target achievement

• New client acquisition

• Deal closure rate

• Customer satisfaction and retention
