About the Role

Every year, thousands of students in Delhi NCR work with counsellors, education loan providers, visa consultants and study abroad organisations to plan their move. You will build and own Acolyte Living's partnerships with this entire ecosystem, so that when a student plans their journey abroad, housing through Acolyte is part of the plan from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow partnerships with education counsellors, loan operators, visa consultants and study abroad organisations across Delhi NCR

• Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, pitch, onboarding, activation and growth

• Be on the ground: meet partners, attend education fairs and events, and represent the Acolyte brand

• Design win-win commercial structures that make partners genuinely excited to work with us

• Track partner-driven leads and revenue, and own your targets

• Share market intel with founders to shape our partnerships playbook

What We're Looking For

• Existing connects in the study abroad ecosystem: counsellors, loan providers or student mobility organisations (this is a big plus)

• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, channel sales or business development

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, you can hold a room

• Comfort with a hybrid office plus field role, you like being out and building relationships

• Ownership mindset: you treat targets like your own business
