Job Description

The Einfach Group is looking fora driven and articulate Business Development Managerto support our outreach to Title Insurance companies in the U.S. This role involvesprospecting, making cold calls, sending emails, and scheduling introductory meetingswith prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects usingZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Makedaily outbound sales callsto key decision-makers (Title Companies, Law Firms, Lenders)
  • Send personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Pitch our services and set up first-level introductory meetings
  • Track all activities on our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work closely with the senior sales team to qualify opportunities and hand off leads for closure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience inB2B sales / outbound calling(U.S. or international markets)
  • Hands-on experience withZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confidence and clarity while makingcold calls in a U.S. shift
  • Prior experience in theU.S. mortgage or title insurance spaceis a bonus
