About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join The Digital Clicks, a growing digital marketing agency and training academy based in Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling a wide range of digital marketing services, and promoting our digital marketing courses.
This role requires a results-driven individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for digital marketing services and training programs.
- Sell a broad range of services including:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM/PPC (Search Engine Marketing/Pay-Per-Click)
- Social Media Marketing
- Web Development & Graphic Designing
- Online Reputation Management
- Digital Marketing Courses by The Digital Clicks Academy
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies for both Indian and international markets (particularly GCC countries like UAE and Saudi Arabia).
- Create persuasive sales pitches and proposals to win new clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within a digital marketing agency.
- Total minimum experience of 5 years in a sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their business impact.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Candidates with experience in selling digital marketing services and courses will be given priority.
- Familiarity with international markets, especially GCC, is a plus.
Compensation- Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
