Overview: Schbang Influence is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within our
Influencer Marketing Division. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring
new clients, expanding business opportunities, and developing strategic influencer
marketing solutions tailored to brand objectives. You will play a pivotal role in
driving revenue, building strong industry relationships, and staying ahead of
evolving market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Expansion: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients across
industries interested in leveraging influencer marketing solutions.
Lead Generation & Networking: Actively generate leads through networking, cold outreach,
client referrals, and participation in industry events, conferences, and digital forums.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies, sales forecasts,
and revenue-generating initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers,
brand managers, and marketing heads to establish long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor
activities, emerging platforms, and consumer behaviors to provide clients with innovative
influencer marketing strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy,
account management, and analytics, to develop and execute high-impact influencer marketing
campaigns.
Proposal Development & Pitches: Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and case
studies to showcase Schbang Influence's capabilities and past campaign successes.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate
insights, and recommend optimizations to enhance client ROI.
Thought Leadership & Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest developments in
influencer marketing, digital trends, and sales techniques to refine strategies and drive business
growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within an
Influencer Marketing Agency, Digital Marketing firm, or Media industry.
Strong understanding of the Influencer Marketing ecosystem, including social media trends,
content strategies, and influencer-brand collaborations.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing successful
business strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas
persuasively.
Established network of brand managers, marketing professionals, and industry leaders is a plus.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms, social media analytics, and digital
advertising technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a passion for exceeding
expectations.
