Job Description

Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6–10 years

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will lead and scale the Digital & Social Media Marketing business with complete ownership of revenue, new client acquisition, campaign excellence, and team leadership. The role requires a strong blend of business development, digital strategy, and performance-driven execution. Collaborate across teams and group companies to maximize synergies and business opportunities. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing along with the ability to pitch, close deals, and support account growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through new business, upselling, and client retention
  • Lead high-impact pitches, proposals, and closures
  • Generate leads and drive new client acquisition
  • Own digital, social, performance marketing, influencer & content strategy
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Track KPIs: engagement, leads, conversions, CPL, ROI
  • Manage budgets, margins, vendors, invoicing, and collections
  • Hire, lead, and scale high-performing digital teams
  • Collaborate with other teams / group companies to maximize cross-business opportunities
