Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic growth plans. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, pitching services, negotiating contracts, and partnering with internal teams to meet client needs. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven business development and sales management experience
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and relationship-building
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute growth plans
  • Familiarity with IT hardware and software solutions and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and strong industry connections preferred
