Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to client acquisition strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research to inform business growth, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals to secure partnerships. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and reporting on sales metrics regularly.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Lead Generation and internation client onboarding
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
  • Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field / master's preferred
  • Experience in outsourcing, global market dynamics, or AI-based industry tools is a plus
