Senior Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve goals and expand customer base
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present to senior management

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Experience in identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for understanding and interpreting technical information
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the architecture, real estate, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
