Role Objective
Key Responsibilities
• Lead franchise sales and expansion for preschool/innovation center opportunities
• Generate, qualify, and manage high-quality franchise leads
• Conduct business presentations, discovery calls, and meetings with prospective partners
• Drive end-to-end franchise lifecycle: lead → conversion → onboarding
• Build relationships with education entrepreneurs, investors, and school owners
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies across regions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with operations and academic teams for smooth franchise setup
• Maintain strong pipeline tracking, reporting, and conversion metrics
Candidate Profile
• 2–6 years of experience in franchise development / B2B sales / expansion roles
• Prior exposure to education / preschool / EdTech preferred
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and closures
• High ownership mindset with target-driven orientation
Educational Qualification
• B.Tech / B.E / BCA. – Mandatory
• MBA / PGDM preferred
