Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 3–4 years of experience in B2B Sales within the IT/ Telecom sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXO level).
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to position products/services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract processes.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and management insights.
  • Capable of handling and nurturing client relationships.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or Telecom Sector.
  • Proficient in professional email communication.
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise software is a plus.
