Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the areas of IT Solutions, RFID Solutions, Automation, and IoT Services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and handling enterprise clients within the technology and industrial solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT, RFID, IoT, and Automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Handle end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the business development/sales team to improve performance and productivity
  • Monitor team targets, sales pipeline, and overall business development activities
  • Explore new markets, industries, and business opportunities for company expansion
  • Prepare business proposals, commercial agreements, quotations, and presentations
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client relationship management
  • Participate in exhibitions, industry events, networking activities, and client visits
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and business reports regularly
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in IT/Technology/Automation industry - RFID, IoT, Industrial Automation, or Software Solutions sales
  • Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
  • Knowledge of RFID Solutions, IoT, Automation, and IT Services
  • Experience in enterprise/client acquisition and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle corporate and industrial clients
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions and market trends
  • Team Handling and Leadership Experience
  • Experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and revenue growth
  • CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM/Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • MBA preferred
