Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the US market. The role involves identifying and developing relationships with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), executive assistants, travel managers, event planners, and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with US clients and possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. She should be confident in handling outbound calls, email communication, virtual meetings, and business negotiations with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market.

Approach and engage potential corporate and premium clientele through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and business discussions.

Maintain long-term relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.

Corporate & Premium Client Acquisition

Conduct professional outbound calling activities.

Draft and manage business emails and correspondence.

Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients.

Maintain accurate records of discussions, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing.

Market Research

Identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.

Research potential clients and partnership opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities and market development

Required Qualifications

Female Candidate Preferred.

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.

Proven experience handling US-based clients is mandatory.

Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship management.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with senior executives and corporate decision-makers.

Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
