Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Experifun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving significant sales growth. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve our vision of revolutionizing STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients and relevant opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and engaging in tender-related sales.
  • Utilize market research to target and prioritize potential clients.

2.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their STEM education and skill development goals.
  • Provide continuous support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3.Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

4.Tender Management:

  • Identify and respond to relevant tenders, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive tender documents.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender statuses and outcomes.

5.Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Provide regular training and development opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or skill development sectors.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Experience in working with NGO sector or Social Enterprise
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience in tender-related sales and managing tender processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with leadership experience preferred.
