This is an on-site contract role located in Rajkot for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to expand the company's market presence. Daily tasks will include market research, proposal development, client negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular collaboration with the design and management teams to align business development efforts with the company's vision and goals.

• Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development abilities
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Presentation capabilities
• Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in architecture, design, or related industries is a plus
