Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's customer base. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The role also involves analyzing industry trends and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and a customer-centric approach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry is a plus.
