Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Senior Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals, analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, and overseeing the implementation of business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Networking
- Previous experience in Account Management and Team Leadership
- Ability to set and achieve high-level business goals within tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making and use of CRM and related tools
- Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry is a plus
