Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, creating and implementing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing sales efforts to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC companies, traders, and fabricators.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients, gather competitor information, and update management.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to close orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
