- Connect with landowners to explore land use deals and partnerships.
- Engage with CEOs and founders to present office space options and grow business.
- Apply broking experience to close deals efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to stay ahead and advise smartly.
- Uphold company values and lead by example in all client interactions.
