Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Information Technology Staffing Service Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing services sales, with 5 to 10 years of experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Creating new business opportunities, partnerships and expanding Crown's market reach
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including large Information Services System Integrators and GCCs.
  • Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations and other documents as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the resource delivery leadership team to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness and revenue realisation.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and address any issues that arise.

Market Analysis:

  • Conducting Market Research to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and review the annual sales plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Ensure Meeting Guidance Revenue Budgets , Timely Sales Reports
  • Ensure timely Review and continual improvement with the Resource Delivery Leadership and Management inorder to meet Revenue realisation guidance and budgeted revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology Staffing services sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales management.
  • Sound Knowledge of IT products and services is a must .
