Job Purpose:
The Sales & Business Development Manager will lead the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a new sales team. The role involves overseeing market expansion, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets for Shubharambh Productions across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Shubharambh's business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets; ensure regular performance tracking.
- Mentor and support the sales team to achieve their goals and maintain high engagement.
- Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Design and execute market coverage plans, including regional strategies for client outreach.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Sales Operations:
- Manage and improve the sales process, including client pitches, lead generation, and conversion.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align
objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
_ 4-6 Years of Experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the events and production industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
