Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans for market expansion, and driving revenue growth. Key daily tasks include developing proposals, negotiating contracts, generating leads, assessing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
• Proficient in Networking, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Sales expertise, including Lead Generation and Revenue Growth
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration abilities
• Proven ability in problem-solving and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or sales is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
