Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager who will spearhead the growth of Brewtopia's franchise network. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and driving business growth through market analysis, lead generation, and strategic sales initiatives. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, deliver presentations, and ensure alignment with Brewtopia's expansion goals. Regular meetings with stakeholders and potential partners will form a key part of this role, as will ensuring that business performance targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to generate and nurture leads, establish client relationships, and close deals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to track prospects and pipeline progress
  • Knowledge of the food & beverage or franchise industry is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
