Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales pipeline management
• Strong skills in market research, strategy development, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with proven project management skills
• Experience in the corporate interior design or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is must.
