Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Ahmedabad and primarily focuses on managing relationships with Indian clients. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading negotiations. The role involves creating effective sales pitches, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with client requirements to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing business revenue and building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and market research.
  • Strong negotiation skills, sales acumen, and ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Knowledge of IT services like custom application development, web solution development, SEM & SEO, and database management.
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal relationship building, and collaborative project management.
  • Familiarity with the Indian IT market, competitive analysis, and industry trends is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a business development or sales role within the technology or IT services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
