Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves negotiating contracts, collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction, and contributing to long-term strategic business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities
  • Relationship management and client communication skills, with a proven ability to foster long-term partnerships
  • Strategic thinking abilities and experience in developing and implementing business growth plans
  • Understanding of HVAC systems or similar technical industries is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and business forecasting
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities to represent the company and deliver impactful proposals
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently on-site
