Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer located in Jaipur. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and colleges to facilitate campus recruitment and internships. They will ensure trainings and assist students with career development and placement readiness. Additionally, the role involves organizing placement drives, collaborating with academic teams, and developing strategies to enhance student employability. The candidate should be well versed with fresher hiring and day zero selections and should have stromg corporate connect.

Qualifications

• Experience with internship and Campus Placement / Fresher Hiring
• Strong Communication and Soft Skills for effective interpersonal interactions
• Proven ability to design and conduct Training sessions for skill development
• Organizational and planning abilities to coordinate placement activities and events
• Knowledge of industry trends and requirements to align placement strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in relationship management with corporate stakeholders and academic institutions
• Experience in student counseling or career guidance is an added advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
