Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Marketing Officer. The Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, planning and executing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, building client relationships, and driving sales efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop initiatives that achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to understand trends and customer needs
• Strong marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to develop and execute effective campaigns
• Exceptional Communication skills for building relationships with clients and team collaboration
• Experience in Sales and client acquisition to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a face-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant experience in the surveillance or technology sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Required Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Unified Communication, Telecommunications, AV & VC, Networking, Security & Surveillance, or any related industry.
