About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern who will play a key role in client onboarding, brand audits, and relationship management within the quick commerce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, understands operational workflows, and can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of brands, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting growth initiatives through structured outreach and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding, Outreach & Engagement
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of brands on quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all processes.
- Conduct brand audits to identify gaps in listings, content, and overall presence, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Drive outreach and engagement through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels, while nurturing leads and building strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding support and ongoing coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of client queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while proactively identifying opportunities to improve client experience and retention.
- Drive outreach and engagement through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups and meaningful interactions.
Marketing Collateral, Sales Enablement & Strategy
- Assist in creating onboarding guides, audit reports, pitch decks, and client-facing documents tailored to business objectives.
- Customize proposals and marketing materials based on client requirements while supporting sales and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with the founder to identify gaps in the client journey and contribute to improving processes and growth strategies.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree / MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field (Freshers can apply).
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Strong knowledge or interest in AI-based creative and design tools (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A smart, intrapreneur mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to create structured proposals and professional marketing materials.
Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, or content-led growth roles.
- Understanding of quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
- Experience managing LinkedIn for personal brands or businesses.
- Understanding of lead generation, retargeting, sales funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, or structured lead management.
- Exposure to WhatsApp marketing or community-led growth.

- Work Hours: 46 hours a week, with 8 hours per day.
