Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Manager is based in Surat. The manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive growth for the organization. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and liaising with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions. The role also involves managing leads, networking with stakeholders, and contributing to Rewa Realtors goal of providing premier real estate services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation
- Strong Networking, Communication, and Relationship Management skills
- Understanding of Real Estate Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Property Management
- Experience with CRM Tools and digital platforms is beneficial
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic business environment
