Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, building relationships with current and prospective clients, and managing client portfolios. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving sales growth, and exploring innovative strategies to achieve business targets. Interactions with stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction will be at the core of the role.

  • Strong Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Effective Communication, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Familiarity with Real Estate Market Trends and Investment Strategies
  • Experience in Team Collaboration and Target Achievement
  • Knowledge of tools and software for CRM, Market Analysis, and Performance Reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales and business growth targets
