Sunshine is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our BASF Home Care & Surfactants Portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with a passion for fragrance, and building strong client partnerships in Home & Personal Care Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted markets and customers
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term value and partnership
- Collaborate closely with perfumers, marketing, and technical teams to deliver winning fragrance solutions
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to drive strategic decisions
- Represent Sunshine for Givaudan fragrances as a trusted partner and fragrance expert in the market
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within Home Care & Surfactants Industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate consumer and market insights into business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Passion for fragrance, creativity, and innovation
