Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase - 1, New Delhi

Salary: 20,000 40,000 CTC Per Month

Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Experience in the Pharma industry is a strong plus)

About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. If you have a knack for building relationships, a background in the pharmaceutical sector, and a proven track record of hitting targets, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and tap into new market opportunities within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients and distributors.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing within the Okhla/Delhi NCR region.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback to management.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 25 years in Business Development or Sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable working on-site in Okhla.
