Recharge Trendd Setter also offers web and mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and UX/UI design to support clients digital transformation. The agency partners with organizations worldwide to elevate their brands and create impactful, data-driven campaigns.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive revenue growth across the agency's digital marketing, creative, and technology service lines. Responsibilities include researching target markets, making outbound calls and presentations, conducting client meetings, and preparing proposals, pitches, and pricing decks in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding client objectives, and coordinating with delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also track sales metrics, report on performance, participate in industry events, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably within advertising, digital marketing, or IT services.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to understand and position services such as BTL activations, Event management, digital marketing, creative campaigns, web and mobile app development, and related technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create sales reports, forecast revenue, and interpret market and competitive data.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with accountability for individual and team goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and online research; familiarity with digital marketing concepts and metrics is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel locally or regionally for client meetings and events as needed.
