Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive revenue growth across the agency's digital marketing, creative, and technology service lines. Responsibilities include researching target markets, making outbound calls and presentations, conducting client meetings, and preparing proposals, pitches, and pricing decks in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding client objectives, and coordinating with delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also track sales metrics, report on performance, participate in industry events, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
