Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and deliver client solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations and negotiate contracts.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
