Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities in both domestic and international markets, setting up the business and teams, developing growth strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase brand visibility. Additional responsibilities include negotiating deals, preparing sales reports, and attending industry events to promote the brand.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and Strategy Development
• Negotiation and Sales Reporting skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field
