Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kolkata, with flexibility to work remotely. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. Additional responsibilities include creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to meet client and organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in Sales, Market Analysis, and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Proven experience with CRM tools and Business Analytics

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry mainly with International clients or similar domains is an advantage
