Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Kolkata ,parts of west bengal and Bihar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and developing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives. The role requires frequent engagement with customers and stakeholders to ensure the growth and expansion of the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong personal interest in sales ,and intrested in promoting and selling unique products in women's health,especially the IVF segement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in market analysis, identifying business prospects, and crafting growth strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field /B.Pharma/Bsc.Life science,
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work from the Kolkata metropolitan area and travel as required.
