Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations and ensure business targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment and sourcing team.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements to clients.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
- Maintain compliance with company processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Assistant Manager in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, client management, and manpower supply operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets under deadlines.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
