Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for printing, packaging, signage, and corporate branding services. The role requires strong B2B sales exposure, market networking, and the ability to close large corporate and bulk printing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, retail, FMCG, events, and marketing sectors
- Acquire new clients for digital printing, packaging, signage, and branding solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client printing and branding requirements and propose customized solutions
- Handle negotiations, quotations, and contract finalization
Market & Revenue Growth
- Explore new markets such as corporate gifting, packaging, and signage projects
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Work closely with production and design teams for project execution
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for delivery timelines
- Maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 48 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, signage, or related industries preferred
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and client handling ability
- Good market network in Bangalore corporate segment preferred
