Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving student enrollments, expanding institutional partnerships, and ensuring effective inter-branch sales coordination at Offenso Hackers Academy. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic business development initiatives, supervising sales and outreach teams across branches, strengthening college and institutional relationships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth aligned with the academy's vision.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase enrollments, institutional tie-ups, college partnerships, and overall revenue.

Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with educational institutions, colleges, universities, and training organizations.

Coordinate and oversee inter-branch sales activities to ensure consistency in sales processes, pricing, messaging, and target achievement.

Lead, supervise, and mentor business development and institutional sales teams across branches, ensuring productivity and KPI compliance.

Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, institutional pitching, negotiations, conversions, and post-enrollment relationship management.

Design and implement college-focused sales and marketing initiatives such as campus engagement programs, referral models, workshops, and institutional campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams across branches to execute outreach programs, bootcamps, seminars, and awareness initiatives.

Monitor branch-wise and institutional sales performance, analyze conversion metrics, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct market research on education sector trends, competitor strategies, pricing, and institutional requirements.

Prepare business proposals, MoUs, partnership agreements, sales presentations, and performance reports for senior management.

Represent the academy at educational events, career fairs, campus drives, and networking forums.

Ensure institutional partner satisfaction, maintain accurate sales and partnership records, and uphold professional and ethical standards.

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Open to attending industry events and meetings to represent the academy, as required.
