Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive sales growth and expand our customer base across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2C sales and a proven ability to build customer relationships, generate revenue, and close high-value deals.

This role is ideal for professionals from Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Consumer Durables, Interiors, Home Improvement, Home Automation, Automobile, or similar industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including referrals, networking, digital platforms, and customer outreach.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home lift solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Market Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Interiors, Luxury Retail, Consumer Durables, Home Improvement, Home Automation, Automobile, Banking, Insurance, or related industries will be preferred.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory when required.
