Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance-Based Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong prior experience in generating business for a marketing and advertising agency. The ideal candidate should be confident in outreach, networking, lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

This is a growth-focused role for someone who understands agency sales and knows how to bring in revenue consistently.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Generate new business opportunities for the agency
• Own & Execute cold outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Identify and engage relevant business communities, networking groups, and industry circles
• Achieve mutually discussed monthly conversion and revenue targets
• Coordinate with the internal creative and marketing teams for proposal development
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and reporting system
• Attend networking events, business meetups, and relevant communities when required

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in business development for a marketing/advertising agency
• Proven track record of getting clients and closing deals
• Strong communication and pitching skills
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation
• Understanding of branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital campaigns
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Existing network and industry connections will be an added advantage

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹50,000/month
• Variable Part - Attractive commission/incentive structure on each successful conversion

Preferred: Candidates who have previously worked with digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, branding firms, or advertising agencies will be preferred.
