We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will focus on revenue generation, strategic alliances, and client relationship building—targeting corporates for offsites, events, L&D programs, and more. This role is ideal for someone from the MICE / Events / Travel / Marketing background with a strong passion for sales and BD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by acquiring and retaining corporate clients.
  • Drive engagement through corporate gatherings, team-building experiences, offsites, and L&D programs.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute corporate events that bring together industry leaders and professionals.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through consultative selling.
  • Conduct regular field visits and meetings with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidates from MICE, Events, Corporate Travel Sales, or Offline Marketing are highly preferred.
  • Must possess a laptop and two-wheeler for local client visits.
  • Knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
