Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Manager Global Partnerships and Trade Ecosystems. The role involves identifying and cultivating strategic global partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving trade ecosystem initiatives, and executing business strategies to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for market analysis, engaging new clients, and ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven business development skills including strategic planning, partner engagement, and market research.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to build long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of trade ecosystems, global markets, and emerging business trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in global partnerships or trade-related roles is preferred.
