Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager specializing in Ed-Tech. The candidate will oversee identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, negotiating partnerships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating on projects to support business objectives. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company in meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in strong client relationship-building skills
  • Experience in Business Development and Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Strong skills in Negotiation and ability to close deals effectively
  • Project Management expertise with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the Ed-Tech industry or financial markets is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
